- After an accident in January, my middle and upper back were pretty locked up. I didn't realize it, but pretty quickly I was walking around like an old man with a hunched back. My neck had a very limited range of motion, and it made painfull crunching sounds when I tried to move it normally. I'm Properly releived that Russ Taylor is built like half a football team all mushed together, because it took a good deal of work to get my ribs back in place. I'm not 100% back to normal yet, but my heath has significantaly inproved overall as a consequence of haveing my ribs, hips, and upper back moving more properly again.
